Jon is now an Independant Consultant specialising in the funds industry. Prior to this Jon was responsible for leading HSBC GD&TA business globally from January 2019 to Q3 2024.  Prior to HSBC Jon was Chief Industry Officer at Calastone.  As a key member of the Calastone senior leadership team, Jon focused on leading Calastone’ s key relationships with strategic industry groups to ensure that Calastone is correctly represented across all relevant bodies.  Prior to joining Calastone Jon spent 4 years at BNY Mellon as Head of Transfer Agency EMEA & APAC, leading transfer agency services outside of the US. Jon also served on the board of BNYM IL.

Prior to that Jon was the Chief Administration Officer at International Financial Data Services Limited, State Street’s transfer agency organisation, for 13 years. Here he had responsibility for all aspects of service to clients.

Manuel is a Principal of BBH based in Luxembourg. Manuel has held a number of senior roles across BBH in Boston, Dublin, and Luxembourg, and has been actively involved in growing the firm’s funds business across Alternatives, ETFs, and traditional funds globally.  Manuel is a Director on the Board of Brown Brothers Harriman Fund Administration Services Ireland and is a Member of the Authorized Management and a Director on the Board of Directors of BBH Luxembourg.
Manuel was previously CEO of BBH Fund Administration Services Ireland. 

Bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Garth joined the Apex team in April 2023 to spearhead the strategic product development and delivery of their Transfer Agency Services. Previously, as the CEO of Silica Holdings, Garth successfully led the company through its acquisition by the FNZ Group in April 2021 and later assumed the role of Global Head of TA Services for the FNZ Group. Prior to being appointed as the CEO for Silica, a position he held since September 2017, Garth fulfilled the role of CIO, after spending his first year growing Silica’s platform solutions business.  Garth was part of the Standard Bank of South Africa Group from 2003 until joining Silica in August 2014. During this time, he took on various roles including Director of Retail Operations at STANLIB, CIO and Business Change Executive at Liberty Life and CIO of the Transactional Products and Services business unit at Standard Bank.

Karen is the Head of EMEA Transfer Agency Product, BNY Mellon where she is responsible for leading the strategic product evolution for EMEA Transfer Agency. Karen reports into the Global Head of Investor Solutions.

Karen has been with BNY Mellon since July 2007, where she has performed a variety of management roles across Transfer Agency including the role of Head of Transfer Agency Ireland from 2011 to 2017

Robin was appointed Head of Global Transfer Agency in October 2019 after holding several senior roles within Fidelity where Robin has been employed for 27 years.  Prior to joining Fidelity Robin worked with PwC and is a Chartered Accountant.

Sandy is currently Head of International Transfer Agency Services supporting APAC, EMEA, UK and US Intl markets as well as Head of Global TA Business Support & Shared Services group covering APAC, EMEA, UK, North America and Latin America

 Sandy has over 25 years financial services within inhouse and third party transfer agency covering operations, client servicing, vendor management, relationship management, support services, business change management, operational readiness, organisational transformation and project management.

Ian has responsibility for Alternative Fund Services, Company Secretarial, Fund Accounting & Transfer Agency.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, he spent 15 years at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), as Head of Fund Services & Client Order Management, where he was responsible for Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Pooled Pension Transfer Agency, Client Order Management, Real Assets Administration & Oversight of Third-Party Administrators. Prior to that, Ian was Head of Fund Accounting at State Street (Investment Management Solutions).

While sitting on various UK and European industry boards and committees, David acts as a freelance consultant in the wealth and asset management sectors.

Born in Zimbabwe and educated in Scotland, David spent 20 years in the asset management industry with Fidelity, Threadneedle and JPMorgan before joining IFDS SS&C from 2007 – 2025 in various business development, proposition and industry affairs roles.

Karl joined Waystone in 2023 as part of its acquisition of Link Fund Solutions where he had held the role of CEO. Karl joined Link Fund Solutions in 1995 and, in 2002, became a Board member. During his tenure at Link Fund Solutions, Karl held a number of executive roles including Operations Director, Programme Director and Director of Relationship Management and Product and Change Management.
